Traditional HR Role Salary will be Dependant on Experience Modern Offices One of Brisbane's largest independent law firms, with over 100 staff is currently seeking the expertise of a HR Manger to join their tight knit Management team. You will be reporting to the Managing Partner and you will be contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies, vision and goals, as well as looking after the day to day HR/Recruitment functions plus Payroll. If you take on the challenge of this role, it will be your responsibility to ensure the firm is staffed with employees who will contribute positively to the firm's goals and objectives. Some of your key responsibilities will be to:- Recruitment and selection of both support and professional staff Responsibility for identifying training and development needs Carrying out performance appraisals and reviews Responsibility for remuneration and benefits160; Provision of HR support and advice Building rapport and effective business relationship throughout the firm.160; To be the successful applicant, you will have:160; Tertiary qualifications in HR At least 3 to 5 years experience in Legal within a HR capacity The ability to think strategically whilst acting operationally Strong business acumen An empathetic manner A team approach160; In regards to firm culture, you will enjoy working for a firm who prides themselves on a uniquely egalitarian attitude, resulting in a tight-knit, sincere team.
