THE ROLE
The first 2-3 months will be spent training and allowing you to get established in your sector. You will then adopt a detailed research and mapping technique, to identify and target individuals to shortlist. You will manage the approach and recruitment process through to a successful closing offer, and will also perform client visits all over the UK as and when they are needed.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Stable recruitment history • Experience in Executive Search a huge advantage • Be confident, outgoing, and an excellent communicator • Commercially minded and entrepreneurial • Enthusiastic, energetic, and fast paced • Team player • Have experience in dealing with people • Full UK driving license
