Our client is a regional heavyweight based in one of the most beautiful towns in the UK, they offer the opportunity of working on good quality work whilst enjoying an excellent standard of living outside office hours.
They are looking for a dynamic and talented Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE to report to the Head of Department you will need to demonstrate a depth of knowledge of Limited Liabilities, mergers and acquisitions, management buy outs and Public Contracts. Experience of a Document Management System is essential.
Prerequisites for this role are the ability to think independently but also work as part of a team , have excellent communication skills and a positive and flexible approach. You will have high standards, initiative and be able to build and maintain productive working relationships.
In return for your commitment and hard work our client offers an excellent salary of 35-45k (depending on Experience) with an outstanding benefits package.
