Senior: Consultant (Legal & Claims)
Location To be based in the London, recruiting individuals on an international basis (UK & Ireland, Asia, Bermuda, USA, Europe & Australia.)

The Market, they have 100% market coverage of every insurance lawyer and mainstream claims professional within the UK; and already have a comprehensive active candidate pool from which to work from.
As an example, there are approximately 3,000 Life and General insurance lawyers within the UK alone which will make up some of your market.
There are 600 insurance firms in UK (with the top 100 representing 85% of the market)
The insurance industry is extremely stable even given these hard times.
Description Candidate Range 60,000 - 500,000 + Bonus + Benefits
The focus of the role will be twofold:
recruitment of qualified lawyers into legal practices and Insurance firms;
recruitment of mainstream claims professionals into Insurance firms and some legal practices.
The majority of your work will be London based but will also involve national and international recruitment.
Experience required
They seek an individual with at least two years prior recruitment experience, ideally gained within a technical area of recruitment; IT/ Accountancy/ Tax/ Legal/ Chartered Surveyors etc

Personality is key
You will need to be highly motivated, adaptable, driven by reward and ambitious, with a pro-active and energetic approach. A good degree of presentation and articulation is required as you will liaise with Executive Management.
NO PRIOR EXPEREINCE OF THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY OR LEGAL RECRUITMENT REQUIRED.
OTE 12 months 60,000 OTE
18 months 90,000 OTE
24 months 120,000 OTE
