We require a Lawyer to join our Client's team due to an increased workload from their clients.
You'll need to be an experienced litigation lawyer; either a solicitor, barrister or legal executive, with specific experience in Major Works Service charge recovery and in dealing with cases in the Land Valuation Tribunal.
You'll be involved with the recovery of service charge arrears arising out of high value capital works programmes (major works). The work will include providing advice to clients on methods of recovery, drafting pleadings, preparing witness statements and providing advocacy in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal.
A Practising Certificate would be preferable too.
